Gas lines in Plano

Water heater let go at 6am and flooded half the garage. He talked me through shutting off the water before he even left his house, was here by 8, new tank in by noon. Quoted the price before he started and it didn't change.

Found the slab leak with a listening device instead of guessing and jackhammering. Ended up rerouting one line through the attic — no concrete work at all. Another company had already quoted me on tearing up the living room floor.

Ran a camera down the main after clearing it and showed me the cast iron was scaled almost shut. Didn't pressure me into a repipe, just explained what I was looking at and what it would cost when I'm ready.

Fair price, showed up in the window, cleaned up after himself. Took a day longer than expected waiting on a part, but he called to tell me instead of leaving me guessing.
